Show NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE ON EXECUTION IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DIS-TRICT DIS-TRICT OF THE STATE CF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF FRANKLIN VERNOR GAMBLE, PLAINTIFB vs. E. A. VINCENT, DEFENDANT. Under and by virtue of a writ of execution issued out of the District Court of the Fifth Judicial Judi-cial District of the State of Idah:. in and for the County of Franklin, on the 29th day of August, 1940, in the above entitled action, upon a Judgment entered in said action ac-tion in the Probate Court of Franklin Frank-lin County, Idaho, on the Fif.h day of June, 1940, an abstract of which Judgment was filed in the Clerk's Office of the above en titled court in Franklin County, Idaho, on the 19th day of July. 1940, whereby I am commanded to levy upon the property of said defendant E. A. Vincent, to satisfy said Judgment in favor of plaintitt in said action Vernor Gamble, amounting to $450.00 with $5.90 costs and interest at the rate oi seven per cent per annum from the date of said Judgment; Notice is hereby given that 1 have this day levied upon the following fol-lowing described real estate stand ing upon the records of Frankli:. County, Idaho, in the name of sai.i E. A. Vincent defendant to-wit: Commencing at a point 9 rodi West of the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW14) of the Northeast Quarter (NEJ4) of Section Twenty-seven (27), Town ship Fifteen (15) South, Range Thirty-nine (39) East of the Bois-Meridian, Bois-Meridian, thence South eleven and one-half (11J4) rods more or less to the center of the street . thence West Sixteen (16) rod; and four and one-half (4"j) feet; thence North eleven and one-hal. (lli) rods more or less to the North line of the Southwest Quar ter (SWJ) of the Northeast quar ter (NEJ4) of said Section Twen ty-seven (27); thence East six teen (16) rods and four and one half (iy,) feet to the plaice of beginning, be-ginning, Together with the tenements hereditaments, and appurtenance: thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and NOTICE is hereby given that 01 Saturday, the 28th day of Septem ber, 1940, St 4 o'clock p. m. 0: said day. on the Court House step: in' front of the County Cour. House, in Preston, Franklin Coun ty, Idaho, I will, in obedience ot said writ of execution, sell all ol the right, title and interest of tht said defendant E. A.
