Show SNOW MEASURES BELOW NORMAL Snow measurements in Franklin basin taken March 29, 1941, by the Utah Agricultural Experiment station, sta-tion, department of Irrigation and drainage, reveal that the snowfall there in water content is 43.4 per cent normal.
