Show HIGH SCHOOL TO PRESENT XMAS PROGRAM SUNDAY About eighty members of the Preston high school chorus and orchestra under the direction of Stephen Lundquist have been working very diligently for a' number num-ber of weeks on a Yuletide program which will be presented next Sunday, Sun-day, December 15, at 7:30 p. m. in the Franklin Stake Tabernacle in connection with the regular sacrament sacra-ment service. The performance will mark the first appearance of these groups tins season and the entire public is extended a cordial invitation to attend. The program follows; Overture, high school orchestra; "How Beautiful Upon the Mountains," Moun-tains," alto solo and choir; "God So Loved the World," chorus; "Earth's Weary Waiting Done," soprano so-prano and alto solos and chorus; 'In the Watches of the Night," soprano so-prano solo; "The Spacious Firmament Firma-ment on High," chorus; "Good Tidings," Tid-ings," men's chorus; "Glory to God in the Highest." ichorus; "On Earth Peace," chorus; "Choral Fugue," orchestra; 'Now Let Every Tongue Adore Thee," chorus; "Let Us Go Even Unto Bethlehem," bass solo and men's, chorus. "Jesus, Our Lord," soprano solo and women's chorus; "Jesus, Joy of Man's Desiring," chorus and orchestra; or-chestra; "Break Forth Into Joy," chorus; "The Star in the Eastern Sky," tenor solo and choir; 'And ihe Glory of the Lord," chorus and orchestra; "Christmas Tide." chorus cho-rus and orchestra; "Hallelujah Chorus Cho-rus from the Messiah," chorus and orchestra. |
