Over 100 guests called during the afternoon. BRIDGE CEUB ENJOYS PARTY AT NELSONS Mrs. Marl Nelson entertained Saturday afternoon at her home lor club associates. A dainty dessert luncheon was served to the guests at the beginning begin-ning of the afternoon. Mrs. Virgil Knuilsen and Mrs. Howard Johnson were awarded scoro honors during the afternoon of bridge. WE ECO .ME HOME PARTY DATE SET A welcome home party will be held at the Whitney gym on Tuesday, Tues-day, May 13, honoring Clater Larsen Lar-sen who recently completed a mission mis-sion in the southern states. Elder Larsen first served in Germany and when the war broke out he was transferred back to this country coun-try where he finished his mission. A program has been planned and a dance will follow. The public is cordially invited. MRS. EAMES HOSTESS TO GRATIA CLUB Members and guests of the Gratia Gra-tia club were entertained Thursday Thurs-day afternoon at the home of Mrs. Aerial Eames. Luncheon was served t one large table which was centered with a large bowl of spring flow-ers. flow-ers. Bridge was the diversion of the afternoon with Mrs. Sam x'acker and Mrs. Card Greaves winning score awards. ITARMER-OLSEN WED IN POCATELLO Orris Hnrmer, Jr., and Miss Lau-rene Lau-rene Olsen of Clifton, daughter of Mary J. Olsen were married at Pocatello last Wednesday. A trousseau tea was held a week ago last Sunday at the home of Mrs. J. Ostergar of Clifton. Mrs. Mary Olsen and Mrs. Reed Olsen received friends, Mrs. Weldon Ras-mussen Ras-mussen was in charge of gifts, Mrs. Curtis Bosen and the bride presided in the trousseau room and Mrs. Ostergar assisted by Mrs. Otis Howell were in charge of the dining room. Decorations were spring flowers. |
