Show hawkes elected I TO HEAD IDAHO FIREMEN H. L. Hawkes of Preston was elected last Saturday at Nainpa to bead the Idaho State Firemen's association during the coming year. He succeeds C. I. Goff, also of Preston, who's term expired this year. Formerly a vice president, Hawkes was elected to the presidency presi-dency as the association closed its twenty-sixth annual convention and -elected Wallace for the 1941 meet ing place. Other officers named were Frank Pulaski of Boise, fist vice presi dent; Karl Riggers of Craigmont, second vice president; Parley Gil len of Idaho Falls and Keith Girard of Pocatello, trustees. Pat King of Boise, Peter Olsen and Lionel Krall, both of Caldwell, were named nam-ed to the member's by-laws committee. com-mittee. n n |
