Show SERVICES HELD FOR I MRS. GEORGE CROCKETT MONDAY Beautiful services were conducted con-ducted Monday in the Prestor First ward chapel for Mrs. Isabell Elizabeth Adams Crockett, 71, widow wid-ow of George E. Crockett, who died Friday afternoon in a Salt Lake Ci(y hospital just 12 days after the death of her husband. Mrs. Crockett Crock-ett was stricken with a blood clo; and was taken to Salt Lake City for treatment. Mrs. Crockett was born. September Septem-ber 23, 1869, in Logan, Utah, a daughter of James and Margaret Moffit Adams. She was married to Mr. Crockett, February 27, 18S9, in the Logan temple and observed her Golden Wedding anniversary in 1939. For several years' she was Relief Re-lief Society president in the Whitney Whit-ney ward, coming to Preston 20 years ago. Surviving are five sous, George A. Crockett of Whitney, Guy Crockett of Los Angeles, California; Cali-fornia; Frank and Ray Crockett of Preston and Dr. Kenneth Crockett Croc-kett of Salt Lake City, Utah; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Merrill of Richmond, Utah; Mrs. Irma Pack of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Helen Man- Shurtliff of Twin Falls; a brother, Joseph Adams of Logan; and a sister Mrs. Annie Schaub, also -of Logan. Twenty-three grandchildren also survive. Interment took place in the Whitney cemetery. |
