Show ANOTHER SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIFTH JUDICIAL DIST RICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF FRANKLIN FEDERAL FARM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a corporation, Plaintiff, vs. Wilbert D. Fife, also known as W. D. Fife, and Marella Fife, also known as Marilla Fife and as Rella Fife, husband and wife; Joseph A. Fife', a widower; Wendell File, same person as Weudall Fife, a single man; Anderson Lumber Co., a corporation; Curtis Bland and Jane Doe Bland, husband and wile, Defendants, The State of Idaho sends greetings greet-ings to the above named defendants.- You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed against you in the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Idaho in and for the County of Franklin by the above named plaintiff, plain-tiff, and you are hereby directed to appear and plead to the said complaint within twenty days of the service of this summons; and you are further notified that unless un-less you so appear and plead to said complaint within the time herein specified, the plaintiff will take judgment against you as prayed in said complaint. Said action is brought for the purpose pur-pose of securing a judgment for the unpaid balance due on a certain cer-tain note in the principal sum 01 $3,700.00, dated the 1st day of December, De-cember, 1933, made, executed and delivered by the defendants, Wilbert Wil-bert D. Fife, also known as W.. D. Fife, and Marella Fife, also known as Marilla Fife and as Rella Fife, husband and wife, to the Land Bauk Commissioner, with interest, advances, attorney fees and costs, and to foreclose that certain mortgage mort-gage given to secure said note, w hich said mortgage is of record in Book 20 of Mortgages, at page 2S7, records of Franklin County, State of Idaho, and covers the following fol-lowing described real property situated sit-uated in Franklin County, State ol Idaho, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Nineteen, Nine-teen, and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty, all in Township Fifteen South, Range Thirty-nine, East of the Boise Meridian; Also commencing at the Southeast South-east corner of the Northwest Quarter Quar-ter of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty, Township and Range aforesaid, and running thence North 12 rods, thence West 160 rods, thence South 12 rods, thence East 160 rods, to the place of beginning; Also commencing at the Northwest North-west corner of the South Han ol the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty, same Township and Range; running thence East 160 rods, thence South, 40 rods, thence West 160 rods, thence North 40 rods, to the place of beginning; Also the East Half of the Northeast North-east Quarter of Section Thirty, Township Fifteen South, Range Thirty-nine, East of the Boise Meridian; Excepting therefrom, beginning at a point 300 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty, Township Fifteen Fif-teen ' South, Range Thirty-nine, East of the Boise Meridian, and running thence South 150 feet, thence East 175 feet, thence North 150 feet, thence West 175 feet to the place of beginning. Subject to the rights acquired by deed recorded re-corded in Book "P" of Deeds, page 44, Records of Oneida County, Rla-ho, Rla-ho, to which reference is hereby made; Together with all water rights, and rights in ditches, canals and laterals, and rights of way therefor, there-for, appurtenant to said premises or used in connection therewith, including (but not limited to) the following: Including all waters of Deep Creek, Five Mile Creek andor Bear River, heretofore appropriated appropriat-ed or used by Welbert D. Fife or his predecessors in interest; Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; and for such further relief as prayed for and deemed proper by the Court, all of which will more fully appear from the verified complaint com-plaint filed herein WITNESS my ' hand and the seal of said District Court, this 14th day of October, 1940.
