Show Army Service Has Called 50 County Youths Ten more from Franklin county will enter army service next Monday, Mon-day, June 2, at Salt Lake City, boosting the total number of selective se-lective service men from this county coun-ty to 50, according to a report from Austin Merrill, secretary ol the local lo-cal selective service, board. Forty-two have entered til rough the selective service channels and eight have enlisted for army service ser-vice in various branches of the army and navy. Several other enlistees have signed up but the report on the nuh.'ier f : not ; f complete. Men who will enter the service at 5 a. m. next Mond; y are Clyde Ervin Fifiold, Don lvd i D-ivis, James Wendell Johnson, Lou Jbin -Johnson, Arthur D.-.vid Tibbels, Jack Crites, Arnold Jem en, Augur, Jesse Dewey BergtjulHl, Glenn Kogers Hawkes, and, Leonard Robert Rob-ert Lacy. All queslionaires will be in the, mail sometime this week, Secretary Merrill reports. |
