Three cases of Rocky Mountain Spotted fever have occurred in Idaho so far this year, according to a report from the Bureau of Vital Statistics., Two were reported in Lemhi county and the other in Owyhee county. COEUD D'ALENE, Ida The Rev. James K. Allen, Fruitland, Idaho, minister will go on trial next Monday for draft evasion. Rev.
