Show PETTERBORG-NASH ENTERS OUTLAW TOURNEY AT LAVA The strong Petterborg-Nash Basketball Bas-ketball quintet will carry this community's com-munity's laurels into the gold-medal outlaw basketball tournament to be held in Lava Hot Springs Thursday, Thurs-day, Friday and Saturday of this week. Twelve clubs from this area have entered. They are Paris, Thatcher, Lund, Bancroft, McCammon, Downey, Dow-ney, Pan Plellenic, Pocatello, Graves and Potter, Pocatello, Doc Surgeans, Rexburg, Harts Baker, Idaho Falls, Lava Hot Sprngs and the Preston Petterborg-Nash. Ranked as the outstandng outlaw hoop classic for this region, the tourney has attracted practically all of the outstanding teams. The tourney is played under the rules and regulations of the Central States Amateur Independent ms-ketball ms-ketball association. Members of the Petterborg-Nash squad who have experienced a successful suc-cessful barnstorming .season to date are Huey Nelson. Cliff Wills, Alonzo Handy, Earl Evans, Verl Randall, Don Johnson, Howard Roselund, and Durwood Hulse. Team manager is Everett Petter-borg. Petter-borg. o- o |
