Show laughter, Aliene, and Mr. and Mrs 3ale Larsen had their baby girl blessed Elna Joan. Speakers in Fast Day services Sunday were Lorin Bright of Lin-ose, Lin-ose, Allen Richman, Anthon Montgomery Mont-gomery of Ogden and Leon Bell of Mink Creek. Miss Beverly Bell of Mink Creek favored with a piano ;olo. Anthon Montgomery and Thora Pearson spent Sunday visiting Mr. md Mrs. Perry Pearson and family. fami-ly. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Sorenson and family visited Mr. and Mrs. Chester Ches-ter Hansen and family. Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Hansen are the proud grandparents of two baby girls. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Mecham of Riverdale and Mr. and Mrs. Randall Dursteller of California, Califor-nia, are the proud parents. Miss Vera Jepsen returned home last week after spending a few days in Salt Lake with her sister, Miss Phyllis Jepsen who is employed em-ployed there. Mrs. Bertha Bateman and Miss Ann Bergquist vrsited over the week-end with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bergquist. Mrs. Bateman is spending this week with her parents before leaving the latter part of this week to join her husband, Lee Bateman, who is employed em-ployed in California. Charles McKenzie of Preston spent several . days last week with his daughter, Mrs. Christian Jensen Jen-sen because of trouble he had with his eye He was totally blind for a few days. The Misses Joan and Ivonne Jensen Jen-sen of Mink Creek who are working work-ing in town are now living with Thora Pearson and Delores Hansen. Han-sen. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Larsen and daughter attended a birthday dinner din-ner in Mink Creek Sunday in honor hon-or of Leon Bell. Miss Ruth Jepsen is staying in Mink Creek with her aunt and uncle, un-cle, Mr. and Mrs. George Glade. The opening prayer was given by Elias Jepsen. Talks were by Floyd Erickson, Velda Olson, Theo Bell of Mink Creek, Zelda Roper, Wanda Rasmussen and John Hansen. A retold story was by Helen Johnson. A recitation was given by Darlene Jepsen. A cornet trio was rendered by Thelma Pearson, Pear-son, Joyce Larsen and Calvin" Ras-musen. Ras-musen. A vocal solo by Bishop Hy-rum Hy-rum Jepsen. A small fern was presented pre-sented to each mother as a token of respect. Closing prayer was by Delores Hansen. Three babies were blessed in Fast Day services Sunday.
