Show BANIDA BANIDA Art Young and Miss Zola Baxter motored to Montpeller Sunday where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Donald Baxter. Mr. ai: '. Mrs. Dick Capner accompanied them. Mrs. Darold Baxter returned with them. During their absence. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Baxter and family visited their father Don Baxter at his home. Mr. Baxter is still suffering suf-fering from his injured leg. Last Thursday evening a Surprise Sur-prise Birthday party was held for Mrs. Jed Miles. The party was given by the Relief Society as a token of appreciation for the n"i :-ber :-ber of years of service rendered liv MrH. Miles. Mr. and Mrs. Cluff Gibson and Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Jay Geddes came from Fort Hall to unite the entire family again. Popcorn am! candy were served. A variety of games were played. Our Stake President George Bur-gi Bur-gi honored our ward wilu a visi' last Sunday. Ho gave a very interesting in-teresting talk on Our Promise Regarding1 Re-garding1 War. Jean and Elvln Larson and Dean Caldwell were advanced in the Priesthood last Sunday. Jeau was made a Priest, Elvin and Dean to teachers. Elvin has been president presi-dent of the Deacons quorum and received a special compliment from the bishop. Each gave a short talk. Jim Geddes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Geddes was Injured |
