Show Id.)?-: CLEVELAND MEN .'JfSWER CALL TO MISSION FIELDS CLEVELAND, Ida. Four men members of the Cleveland ware received calls to fulfill LUS mia sions recently. Paul V. Adam, left for the mission home Jan. 6 from which he leaves for the East Cen'ral States Mission. The other three elders will enter the Mission Home Jan. 20, Wayne Smith will go to Central States i Gilbert Nelson to Eastern States, and Denny Andreason to the California Cali-fornia Mission. This ward of 237 members hab three elders at present on mis sions: "Von ' nrireason. California- h Texas, and Willi :T -:-tc f'en'ral Strtes. Elders Dell W. Smith and Harold Har-old Smith, menberi of the ward, returned from the East Central States Mission on December 23. Th Cleveland ward also has a $20,CJ0 chapel and recreational hall under construction, according to J. V. Adams, Bishop. A farewell testimonial for the four elders was held in the chapel Sun Jay night, Dec. 29, the event also serving as a welcome home meeting for the two elders who jus returned. During 1940 the ward took in a total of $532. at missionary farewell parties. On January 11, 194! $102 was taken in at one party. o o |
