OCR Text	Show RULING ANNOUNCED ON VINCENT CASE The case of the Stale or Idaho vs. E. A. Vincent, charged with practicing medicine in Preston without a license, was decided In a judgment handed down by .Turtle Isaac McDougall of Pocatello the past week when Vincent was found guilty. The case was tried last December Decem-ber in district court here without a jury, and briefs were, later submitted sub-mitted to Judge McDougall.
