Show Mr. and Mrs. Charles Erickson have just returned from their vacation. va-cation. On their trip, they traveled trav-eled down the coast, passing through San Francisco, Los Angeles An-geles and San Diego. From there, the Ericksons went to Phoenix, Arizona, where they visited friends and relatives. They also visited the Grand canyon and Boulder dam. Mr. and Mrs. G. 4t. Sawyer are vacationing in Kansas visiting friends and relatives. Also on a vacation va-cation aer Mr. and Mrs. Ed Bahen Again Oneida is getting ready for the winter parties. Each winter win-ter the camp enjoys a series of parties starting on Hallowe'en and lasting until April or May. The parties are given at the Oneida quarters at intervals of about two weeks. Each party is sponsored by one camp family. Special parties par-ties such as the coming Hallowe'en party may be given by the camp men or women. Thir: year the camp women are giving the party. The new officers who have general charge of all this entertainment are Mrs. LaVeen Kendrick, president; presi-dent; Mrs. Dicie Godfrey, vice-president; vice-president; and Mrs. Berninece Dut-ton, Dut-ton, secretary. I Deer hunting' is in full swing at Oneida now. Ed Bahen and Morris Mor-ris Gordon were the first to get their deer. They both got a nice young buck. They were back in camp by 9:30 a. m. Saturday. Gale Baird also got a buck Saturday. Not to be outdone, Conder Smoot brought in a buck the next day. Liutton returned from their vacation vaca-tion last week. They visited rela tives in Kansas and Colorado. Dean's mother, Mrs. L. B. Dutton is visiting with the Duttons. |
