Show FRANKLIN NEWS NOTES By Mrs. Floyd Robinson niin::i:Hiii:;Ba:u;:mi!i Mr. and Mrs. Claire Cornish arrived ar-rived here last week after spending spend-ing the past month at the home of i Mr. and Mrs. Dwayne Cornish in Boise. Mrs. Delore Albiston entertained at a party Monday afternoon, honoring hon-oring her daughter, Carolyn on her 10th anniversary. Games were enjoyed en-joyed by 16 of Carolyn's friends. Mr. and Mrs. Lester D. Lowe and Mr. and Mrs. Samual R. Handy of the Pioneer City Lions club, left Sunday to attend the Lions district dis-trict convention being held at Sun Valley, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Tues-day. Mrs. Ruby Johnson was hostess to the Jolly Neighbors club at her home Wednesday afternoon. Bridge was played with score honors going go-ing to Mrs. Bertha Cornish and Mrs. Stella Wright. A delicious lunch was served at the close of the afternoon to 8 members. Mrs. George Cornish left Sunday for Salt Lake City to spend a few days with relatives. Marcene Robinson' returned to her home Sunday after spending the past week at the home of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Ste-phen Smith of Lewiston. Ira Robbins of Plain City, Utah, and Mrs. Ida Robbins of Marys-vale, Marys-vale, Utah, were week-end guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dar-vel Dar-vel Fuhriman. Miss Lois Robbins who has been staying at the Fuhriman Fuh-riman home for the past week returned re-turned home with them. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bergeson of Lewiston were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad Doney, Sunday. LaDon Doney returned re-turned home with them after spending the past week at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bergeson. |
