Show Literary Club At Richmond Holds Session Richmond The Women's Literary Liter-ary club met Wednesday of last week at the club rooms with Mrs. Alvin Johnson as hostess and a progTam being furnished by Mrs. Emma Thornley and daughter Gwendella, Mrs. Eug lie Lund-quist Lund-quist and MI. Sorenson of Smith-field. Smith-field. Miss Thornley reviewed the life cf Charles Francis Gunow; Mrs. Thornley sang vocal compositions; compo-sitions; Mrs. Lundquist piano numbers, and Mr. Sorenson violin compositions of the composer. Mrs. Johnson served r tfreshments. Mrs. George O. Webb and daughter Florence entertained with a trousseau tea at the Webb home Friday afternoon of last we'k. Miss Webb will be married in the near future to Vaughn Bair. Miss Marian Young entertained with a shower for Miss Webb at her home Wednesday of last week. Mrs. W. Z. Harris was hostess at the CherS Amei club at her home Thursday afternoon of last week. Mrs. R. C. Merrill was a special guest. Mrs. Justin Erickson entertained entertain-ed the Bon Heur club at her home Friday evening of last w.ek. Special guests included Mrs. Osmond Os-mond Merrill and Mrs. Oral Bal-lam. Bal-lam. The Richmond ward M.I.A. officers of-ficers entertained their partners at a canyon party at the Lions camp in High creek canyon Thursday evening of last week. A picnic supper was served and a short program rendered. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Stevens left Monday for the Yellowstone park. Tro late Apostle M. W. Merrill family reunion was held Saturday at the Benson Stake tabernacle. A program, dinner, sports, lunch and dancing furnished the day's program. A re-organization of the family was effected with Attorney A. L. Merrill of Pocatello as president, presi-dent, Ray S. Merrill first and R. C. Merrill second vice presidents, with Glacus G.
