Show First Ward Gives Party To Officers Retiring members of the Logan First ward bishopric, including Bishop William Worley. Counselors D. J. Sutton and Moses Thatcher and Clerk William C. England, were tendered a delightful party Wednesday Wed-nesday night at the ward chapel and amusement hall. Each of the members were presented with a handsome wrist watch as a token of appreciation for their untiring services ser-vices to the ward. Frank H. Baugh, Jr., was in charge of ceremonies which included in-cluded a program, dance and refreshments. re-freshments. The presentation speech was made by N. W. Merk-ley, Merk-ley, a former bishop of the ward. Responses' were made by each cf the members of the retiring bishopric. A number of bouquets of beautiful flowers decorated the building, some of them coming from admiring friends cf Bishop Worley from Morgan, Utah. The program, one of the finest ever presented here follows: Invocation, E. J. Passey; address of welcome, Bishop D. J. Sutton; instrumental trio, Gilbert Thorpe, Ewart Swinyard and Ted Rosen-green; Rosen-green; trombone duet, John and Stratford Smith; vocal solo, Joseph Jo-seph Bistline, Fredone Shumway, acccmpanist; cornet solo, Eldon Torbensen, Gilbert Thorpe, accompanist; ac-companist; reading, Mrs. Frank Hawkes; instrumental trio, S. E. Clark, Hal Farr and Isadore Shoore; violin solo, Isadore Shoore Mrs. Walter Welti, accompanist; vocal duet, Dr. W. R.
