E McKay president of the State Utilities Commission representing represent ing Governor Charles R. E C. C of Salt Lake City as did all the other speakers speaker lauded L. L F. F Rains for his part in the development of Utah's Steel industry Mr stated that to Mr 1 Rains should go more credit than to any other oth er er person as it was his untiring ef ef- forts that brought capital to Utah to develop our natural resources Mr said in speaking of Mr Rains I I dont don't know what the L. L F.
