Show i : WT7.r,rTNrT ANNTVFRSARY P4RTY OBSERVED BY ALLMENDIN'GERS The Gunnison hotel was the scene I of an elaborate dinner and dancing i party Saturday evening when Mr. land Mrs. John Allmendinger enter-I enter-I tained twenty guests. The occasion was the observance of the twentieth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Allmendinger, and it proved the social eyent of last week. The feature fea-ture of the affair was the splendid turkey dinner served at seven thirty. King turkey was the piece de resis- tance, and with other delicacies serv-jed serv-jed the feast will long be remembered ; by those present. More than an hour I was spent at the banquet and f ollow- ing the spacious dining room was cleared and dancing was enjoyed until un-til a late hour. Mr. and Mrs. Allmendinger were the recipients of many beautiful and useful gifts, notable among which , were a beautiful floor lamp, linen j luncheon set and a beautiful vase. I |
