Show Bulgarian Disavows War Talk Sofia, Bulgaria, "Bulgaria neither wishes, nor can she take any military mili-tary action against her neighbors," said Minister of War Colonel Voul-koff Voul-koff to the Associated Press Sunday. He was referring to charges made by the Greek press that Bulgaria was organizing bands to send to Thrace preparatory to mobilization and an invasion of Greece. 'Our voluntary army is several thousand below what is permitted by the treaty of Neuilly," the minister said, "as it would be too expensive to bring it up to full strength ; but even if we had armies like our neighbors, we are too engrossed en-grossed in our internal affairs." |
