Show James Beck, Mr. and Mrs. Oswcll Beck, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Beck, Mr. and Mis. Winifred Fjeldsted, Mf. and Mrs. Newman Beck and Mr. and Mrs. John Bardsley attended the funeral held for Mrs. Joe Jensen at Levan last Sunday afternoon. Harry Christensen, who spent several sev-eral weeks at the Fred Swalberg ranch at Marysvale, has returned co Centerfield and is ready for the opening op-ening of school next Monday. I I Mrs. J. L. Willardson, Armont and I the Misses Ruby and Pearl Willard-j Willard-j son, of Ephraim, spent a couple of days here this week as the guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. i Embley. J Ephraim Anderson and family of Salt Lake came down last Friday and visited with Mrs. Nicholi Christensen. Christen-sen. Mr. Anderson has returned north and his wifa will remain here several days, Soren Andersen and John Nielson have gone to the mountains where they expect to remain for a week. They are looking after their stock i on the Willow Creek ran ?e. In last week's Centerfield news it was reported that the infant baby of Mr. and Mrs. Hyrum Brough was buried at Salt Lake following its death soon after birth. This proved an error as the baby was brought to Centerfield Saturday and the body interred here. ! 1. I CENTERFIELD I NEWS ITEMS -J 1- The announcement of the death of j Mrs. Joe Jensen, at her home at: Caldwell, Idaho, on the 25th instant, ; caused grief and sorrow in the Cen- ' terf ield ward. Mrs. Jensen was ; stricken with a heart attack and her j death was very sudden. The remains j were taken to Levan and Sunday af- ternoon funeral services were held ! for the deceased. Mrs. Jensen was ' born at Levan and was the daughter j of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Taylor. Sur- j I viving are the husband, Joe Jensen, j and three married sons, all residents j of Caldwell. She was CI years of , age. ' I Kenneth Sheffield and children of Kaysville attended the wedding re- j ception given for Mr. and Mrs. Av- j cry Beck at the Axtell school house , Thursday evening of last week.
