The West Half (WU) of the Northwest Quarter (NW) of the Southwest Quarter (SW) of Section Sec-tion Twenty Eight (28), Township Twenty (20) South, Range One (1) East, Salt Lake Meridian, subject to right of way one (1) rod wide along the West End. Containing in all One Hundred (100) Acres. Also, One Hundred (100) shares of water right in the Gunnison Irrigation Irri-gation Company and One Hundred Fifty (150) shares of water right in the Highland Canal Company, together to-gether with any and all water and ditch rights of every nature, however how-ever evidenced, used on or belonging to said lands.
