Rowdyism Barred Hallowe'en Night Now listen kiddies! Saturday night is the night when spooks, goblins and other fantastic creatures will be prowling around it will be Hallowe-'ne Hallowe-'ne night, and it's a night when all youngsters want to frolic and liave a good time. All well and good for this. But remember, when the spooks and goblins are playing hide-and-seek among the trees and shrubbery, and the witches are riding their broom sticks, there will be some other per- son on watch. It will be the night watchman and marshal on watch. The guardins of the law are going to prevent pre-vent any property destruction and they are going to insist that no real act of meaness is committed Hallowe'en Hallowe-'en night. These good officers want all the revelers to have a good time, but they want it to be innocent fun. So if you want to have a good time, be mighty carcfiJ not to tear down gates, remove or overturn buildings, or in any way destroy property, for if you do you will sure land in the clutches of the oJff'ctrs on guard. So kiddies be sensible and careful.
