Ellwood to teach in the Second National Summer School that will begin be-gin at the Utah Agricultural College June 15 and extend to August 29. Prof. Carver is head of the economics department of Harvard University and Prof. Ellwood heads the department depart-ment of sociology of the University of Missouri and is president of the American Sociological Society. These two celebrated educators will conduct courses in their lines throughout through-out the entire summer quarter. Besides Be-sides these two celebrities, there will be twenty-six other distinguished scholars at the summer session. All but a half dozen 'of them are engaged for the first term of six weeks. All the major branches of learning will be included in the curriculum. Students may earn graduate or undergraduate under-graduate credit. The study program will be delightfully varied by recreational recrea-tional features, including field trips, excursions to scenic places and campus cam-pus play. |
