Show Cooperation Urged For Better Roads The greatest argument which has been presented in Grand Junction for some time in favor of moieco-operation moieco-operation between Colorado and Utah Ut-ah and other western states for bring ing tourists through this section of the county was given recently at the Lions club meeting by F. D. B. Gay of Provo Utah, who gave a brief talk along that line and flashed slides on the wall showing scores of the scenic scen-ic attractions in this territory. Mr. Gay stated that Colorado and Utah have a common road problem j in building up the best roads which will make this section of the country known for what it really is as having hav-ing the best scenic attractions anywhere. any-where. Utah is at the present time! working on the road from Thompson ! to the Colorado state line, formerly the worst of the entire Pikes Peak, Ocean to Ocean highway, and it will not be long before it will be comparable compar-able with the rest of the route.
