Show Centerfield Girl Married Saturday The marriage of Miss Johanna Peterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Chris, A. Peterson, to Frank Salmon of Salt Lake, which was solemnized at the home of the bride's parents last. Saturday evening, proved one of the social features of the season at Centerfield. The ceremony was performed per-formed by Bishop Chas. Hansen at six thirty and in the presence of a host of close friends and relatives. At eight o'clock an elaborate wedding wed-ding supper was served on the beautiful beau-tiful lawn at the Peterson home. Garden flowers were used in' profusion profu-sion In the table decorations and througout the garden scene and all were beautiful and attractive. Following Fol-lowing the dinner a social time was enjoyed and special musical selections selec-tions were furnished by Mrs. Earl Christensen. The bride at 11 o'clock opened the many beautiful wedding presents that had been given by friends and relatives. Mrs. Salmon has been a resident of the valley for a number of years and she attended the elementary and high school of the valley. She is a leader in the younger "social set at Centerfield and is well and favorably known. The groom is a prominent young business man of Salt Lake. Sunday morning Mr. and Mrs. Salmon Sal-mon left for Bryce canyon, Cedar Breaks and other scenic points in Southern Utah for a honeymoon trip. Upon their return they will go to Salt Lake where tey will reside permanently. |
