Show WELL KNOWN COUPLE ARE MARRIED AT SALT LAKE . I Announcements of the marriage of Miss Ruth Parkinson, domestic science sci-ence instructor at the Gunnison Valley Val-ley ,high school,' and McLaren Peterson, Peter-son, a native of Gunnison, were received re-ceived here Monday of this week. The marriage was performed at Salt Lake City November 20, and was kept a secret until the announcement came. - . . Mrs.1 Peterson, is the daughter of I Mr nd Mrs. Ed. S. Parkinson of ' Provo.' She was educated in the schools at-the Garden City, later attending at-tending the university. She came to Gunnison at the opening of the fall term of school and since then Dan Cupid worked wonders, with the result re-sult that two hearts were made to beat? as one. Mac Peterson, as he isknown by his many friends, is a son of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Peterson of this city. After graduating from the local schools he attended the Wasatch academy at Mt Pleasant, and later I took up a business course at Salt I j Lake. He is now engaged in life in- j surance writing. j ! Mr. and Mrs. Peterson have hosts of friends who will join in wishing them happiness on their matrimonial voyage. They will make their home ! in this city until spring, at which I time they plan to go to Salt Lake i City to reside. While here they are 'occupying quarters at the J. S. Pet-; Pet-; erson home. ! |
