Show Ward Mutuals in Big Attraction Members of the. Gunnison Ward Mutuals have announced an exceptional excep-tional attraction to be given at the Casino theatre next Wednesday and Thursday evenings, February 20 and 21, and a performance lasting the entire evening has been arranged, thus giving patrons to this particular show a real value for the money asked. ask-ed. Wednesday, the opening date, the famous film picture "If Winter Comes," is to be screened. This picture pic-ture is taken from the book written by A. S. M. Hutchinson and it is claimed that the book has been read by more than 30,000,000 people. The picture is a classic and is rated as among the very best. In addition to the big feature, a one-act farce, entitled, "Popping the Question," will be given and local artists will appear in the cast as follows: fol-lows: Mr. Primrose, an elderly I gentleman, Leslie Kidman; Henry Thornton, in love with Ellen Murray, Darrell Erickson; Ellen Murray, Mr. Primrose's ward, Kate Pierce; Miss Baffin and Miss Winterblossom, two old maids with designs on Mr. Primrose, Prim-rose, Laruetta Kidman and Lillian Anderson; Bobbin, a wide-awake lady's maid, Marie Hill. ' To complete the big bill the man-agment man-agment cf the Casino will furnish a comedy which promises to be a scream and the big show is to be given for the benefit of the mutuals. |
