The treasury of the organization was enriched en-riched $54. The party given last Friday evening eve-ning in honor of Ferdinand Hansen, who has been called to the mission field in California, was a most enjoyable en-joyable affair. In addition to enjoying enjoy-ing a social time feasting and dancing, danc-ing, a purse of $105 was presented to the departing missionary. Mr. Hansen left for California Monday of this week. Bishop Charles Hansen was a passenger pas-senger to Salt Lake the early days of this week. He accompanied his brother, Ferdinand Hansen, to the capitol city. Ernel Christensen, who left here in January for a mission, is laboring in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. C. H. Embley is at Ephraim this week visiting with relatives and attending to some business matters. |
