Show and a most delightful time was enjoyed en-joyed in games and music. A delicious de-licious luncheon was served at a late hour. Monday afternoon a number of friends gathered at the home cf Mrs. , J. E. Stubbs and enjoyed an old-' old-' fa-hioried sewing bee. Twelve guests were present, and a ti.'t delightful ' time was spent in visiting and sewing. sew-ing. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Duffin celebrated celebrat-ed their thirtieth wedding anniversary anniver-sary at their home last Sunday afternoon. after-noon. Forty guests were present from Gunnison, Fayette and Center-field, Center-field, and at 4:30 an elaborate banquet ban-quet was served. Mr. and Mrs. Duffin Duf-fin were the recipients of many beautiful beau-tiful and valuable tokens as a re-membrance re-membrance of their thirtieth wedding wed-ding anniversary. The Aid society of the Royal Neighbors held an Interesting and enjoyable en-joyable social at the home of Mrs. C. M. Madsen last Monday afternoon. Progressive Five Hundred was the diversion of pleasure and prizes were given to Mrs. Libby Peterson while the second went to Mrs. J. S. Peterson. Peter-son. Following the card session the hostess servetl her guests with lunch at 5 o'clock. j Society 1 Mrs. Ernest L. Swalberg was hostess host-ess to the members of the Bonne Foi club yesterday afternoon from 2 to 5:30. Needlework, a social time and Ik. reading by Mrs. Clinton Edwards featured the meeting. Mrs. Swalberg 'served her guests with lunch at 5 o'clock. Mrs. F. H. Jones was hostess to a number of friends at her home last Saturday evening, complimentary to her sister, Miss Vera Bown, who has just returned from an extended absence ab-sence in Salt Lake. Progressive Five 'Hundred was played and the prizes were awarded to Miss Gladys Gribble and Elmer Nielson. Following cards, Mrs. Jones served her guests a dainty lunch. The Social Circle club were guests of Mrs. Daunt B. Sanders at the home of William Metcalf last Wednesday Wed-nesday afternoon. Needlecraft was the feature of the meeting, and during dur-ing this period Mrs. George Halver-son Halver-son gave a reading, using as her subject, sub-ject, "The One Sure Thing." o 1 Mrs. J.
