Show Infant Baby Dies Very Suddenly (Special Correspondence.) Axtell, Aug. 25. Delia' Maxine Jensen, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Jensen, was taken suddenly sud-denly ill last Friday morning and died Friday night at 10 o'clock. Impressive Im-pressive funeral services were held over the remains Sunday at 2 o'clock in the Axtell schoolhou.se, Bishop Despain presiding. The speakers were Carl E. Nielson, George Morley, J. C. Hansen and Bishop Despain. Mrs. Kenneth Roylance and sons of Salt Lake are the house guests of Mrs. Earl Cook. Mrs. S. Johnson of Mt. Pleasant returned to her home Sunday after visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Al-vin Al-vin Jensen. Earl Cook returned home the latter lat-ter part of the week, after undergoing under-going a successful operation for the removal of his tonsils. Mrs. Tom Hutchisen and children of Mt. Pleasant, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Folster of Richfield, and George Brienholt of Redmond visited at the home of 'Mr. and Mrs. Chris. Folster last week. 'The "Trusty Dozen" club of Axtell, Ax-tell, held an interesting meeting at the home of Miss Thenelda Jensen Wednesday of last week and enjoyed a program given by club members. The numbers given were "jokes" by Lillian Jensen, a duet by Laura Morley Mor-ley and Maud Douglas, and other features. fea-tures. Following the program needlecraft wa followed until 4:30, when a delicious luncheon was served the members. Those belonging belong-ing to the "Trusty Dozen" are planning plan-ning a canyon trip, and it is expected the entire membership will join in tho trip. |
