P. JENSEN HOWARD ROBERTS j The Citizens party met at the City hall Thursday evening of last week and named a city ticket for the coining coin-ing November election. The party was reorganized insofar as managing officers were concerned, and Bishop E. L. Swalberg was chosen to guide the destinies of the party during the coming election and for the ensuing j two years. Lester Jepson was chosen permanent secretary. When Chairman William Metcalf opened the meeting he asked that the members effect a new organization organiza-tion and relieve him of the duty, explaining ex-plaining that the work would be too strenuous for him, and that he had served his term. Bishop Swalberg, after he had been elected, made a few remarks and stated that he believed his party could name a ticket that would be a sure winner. Before proceeding pro-ceeding with the selection of a ticket, a campaign committee of seven, comprising com-prising Hyrum Chrlsteusen. P. P. Childs, Adolph Peterson, It. P. Jensen, Jen-sen, Wm. Metcalf. Roy Hill and H. C. Olson, was named. Nominations for the respective officers offi-cers to be voted on nt the election on November 8 was then taken up.'WII-liam up.'WII-liam Metcalf, retiring chairman, named James Bown for the office of mayor.
