Show I v i ANNIVERSARY PARTY Marinus Beauregard, oue of the early settlers of Guiinison, reached his seventieth mile post Jast Saturday, Satur-day, and the way he "snooped" around and fluttered you would iViartlly believe him to be more than 40. Mr. Beauregard tipped his I youthful actions when he discovered ! that his daughters had planned a lit-: lit-: tie surprise for him in the way of a j dinner party. And he was mean J enough to go to his home and tell the (laughters that he would prepare ; himself for the occasion. Notwithstanding Notwith-standing the discovery, the affair planned by Mrs. C. T. Hoff, Mrs. C. E. Halverson and Mrs. Joe Dennis proved one of the most delightful held during the winter. An elaborate elabor-ate dinner was served at 5 o'clock .and forty guests, immediate relatives ; and close friends, were feasted. Fol-; Fol-; lowing the dinner "solo," five hundred hun-dred and other games and amuse- ments were enjoyed until nearly 11 o'clock. |
