Show J. M. P. COMPANY SELLS , GUNNISON BKANCH STORK' Before leaving for his home at Richfield last, week, C. J. Sumner, president of the J. M. P. Stores company, com-pany, operating stores at Gunnison, Richfield and other points, announced the sale of the Gunnison branch to J. N. Christiansen, the well known May-field May-field merchant. The amount involved in the transaction is not given at 'his time, but it is reported that Mr.j Christiansen made a clever buy. Thcj stock and fixtures and good will were all included in the sale. The store was! established in Gunnison some two! years ago. Mr. Christiansen, the purchaser,! and who is a director in the Gunni-j son City National bank, announces that it will be his policy to conduct the store along the same lines as heretofore, be stock will be. replenished replenish-ed and a full and complete line of staples will be carried. Ilyrmn Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, well known here, will have charge of the store. |
