Show LYCEUM COURSE TO BE THE BEST If the present program offered for the coming season for the Lyceum course for Gunnison is carried out, and there is every reason to believe it will be, for the major portion at least, lovers of high class entertainment entertain-ment can be assured o the very best. Conrad Frischknecht, of the Gunnison Gunni-son amusement organization, who has been active in gaining the best for the city, has just received word that a tentative course has been outlined out-lined for the season 1920-21 and with this assurance Gunnison can feel justly proud and fortunate. In the program for this city is to be found such eminent lecturers as Opie Read and Edward Amhurst OU. Both of these gentlemen have been on the course for years, and though costing slightly more than some of the other lecturers, it was deemed logical to secure them for two of the dates. In the amusement line of a lighter vein the Montague light opera op-era singers, Dunbar Quartet and Bell ringers and the Artist Trio have been signed up. All of these are of high-class high-class character and press reports are to the effect that each and every number is always accorded attentive listeners. |
