Show Burial Services For Miss Peterson Burial services for Miss Lydia Peterson, daughter of Mrs. P. E. R. Peterson, who died at her home in Salt Lake City November 5th, were held here Monday of this week, interment in-terment being held at the city cemetery. ceme-tery. Impressive funeral services were held at Salt Lake on Thursday of last week and were largely attended attend-ed by a host of sorrowing friends. Lydia Peterson was strciken some two weeks ago and suffered an attack at-tack of heart trouble and . after lingering for a week she answered the final call. Her death was very sudden and was a great shock, to her mother. and surviving sisters and her many friends. She was a native of Gunnison and was born in November, 1885. Until she was about 20 years of age she made her home in this city. She attended at-tended the public schools here and graduated with high honors. When her parents went to Salt Lake some 17 years ago she accompanied them and has resided at the capitol city all during the time since leaving Gunnison. She was a member of the L. D. S. church and was active in charity and Sunday school work. The deceased, besides her mother, is survived by three sisters, Mrs. A. M. Mellor of Fayette, Mrs C. L. Anderson An-derson of Salt Lake City and Mrs. Fred Bates of Tooele. |
