Show Road Plans Will Be Carried Out Inasmuch as considerable interest has been manifest in the coming of the Utah Central- railroad to Gunnison Gunni-son the reports in the Salt Lake papers pa-pers regarding the serious illness of Jesse Kniglvt, father of the proposed road, that many are skeptical. While it is true Mr. Knight is a sick man, there is little need or occasion to worry. H. S. Kerr, chief engineer of the Utah Central, came in from Provo Tuesday evening and he brings the report that Mr. Knight is very much improved. In view of his advanced age, according to Mr. Kerr, Mr. Knight has turned over the details of his business to his sons, and Raymond Ray-mond Knight, one of his sons, is now .actively in charge of all the Knight interests in this section of the state.
