I Lamb prices continue to go up, I !n; ! latest quotation being close to the j 12 cent mark . j Cattle feoders in the vicinity of Salina are offering 4 V2 cents for cows and 6 cents for steers. They plan on taking all stock that will be ready for the market in sixty days' j feeding. In other words, they will take beef animals that are not in shape to go on the market at once in order to utilize the excellent fall : pasturage in that locality, j Most of the sheep are now off the I forest, due to premature drying iid ! of the range.
