Show NOTICE OF CONTEST Department of the Interior, United Unit-ed States Land Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 26th, 1922. To Anna Edmonds of Wales, TJtuh, Contestee: You are hereby notified that Miranda Mir-anda Madsen who gives 424 Judge Bldg., Salt Lake City, Utah, as her post-office address, did on July 27th, 1922, file in this office her duly corroborated cor-roborated application to contest and secure the cancellation of your Grazing Homestead Entry No. 022727, Serial No. 022727 made April 29th, 1920, for W E and W Section 14, and SEVt Section 15, Township 16 South, range 1 East, S. L. Meridian, and as grounds for her contest she alleges that said entrywoman, at no time, since entry, was made, established her residence on the aforesaid tract of land, and at no time has lived or resided on the same; that there is no house on said land or other means of habitation and there has been none since entry was made, and that entrywoman's failure to reside upon said land was not due to service in the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, or other War Organization of the United States. You are, therefore, further notified noti-fied that the said allegations will be taken as confessed, and your said entry will be canceled without further fur-ther right to be heard, either before this office or on appeal, if you fail to file in this office within twenty days after the FOURTH publication of this notice, as shown below, your answer, under oath, specifically responding re-sponding to these allegations of contest, con-test, together with due proof 1;hat you have served a copy of your answer on the said contestant either in person or by registered mail.
