NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the City Council of Gunnison City, Utah, of the intention of such Council to make the following described improvements, improve-ments, to-wit: To purchase, construct con-struct and install an ornamental street lighting system on Main Street, between Center Street and Second South Street, in said Gunnison City, Utah; said street lighting system sys-tem to consist of twenty light units, ten on each side of Main Street, five units each for blocks, 9, 10, 15 and 16; light units to be placed sym-etrically sym-etrically according to the size of the blocks and about two feet inside of the gutter lines, on the sidewalks; each light unit to consis'it of one metal standard, equipped with globe and one 250-candle-power lamp, and necessary nec-essary electrical fixtures; all light units to be connected in series; and defray the abutting property owners' portion of the cost thereof, estimated at Two Thousand seven hundred forty dollars, ($2,740.00) by a local assessment upon the lots or pieces of ground abutting upon Main Street ' within the following described dist rict being the district to be affected or benefitted by said improvement, namely: being bounded on the North by Center Street and on the South by Second South Street, and on the East by the East line of the lots or parcels of ground abutting upon the East side of Main Street, and on the West by the West line of the lots or parcels of ground abutting upon the West side of Main street, all as platted plat-ted in plat "A" Gunnison Townsite Entry, Gunnison City, Sanpete County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said district to be known as Ornamental Street Lighting District Dist-rict Number One. The total cost of said improvement is estimated at the sum of Two Thousand Thous-and Seven Hundred Forty Dollar's ($2,740.00), all of which is to be borne by the abutting property owners except ex-cept that portion of the expense fixed by law to be borne bv said city. All protests and objectoins to the carrying out of such intention must be presented in writing, stating therein the block and lot or description of ' property, to the City Recorder on or before 'the 8th day of September, 1922.
