Show Daniel Campbell Dies at Mayfield Daniel Campbell, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Campbell of Mayfield, died at the home of his parents last Tuesday morning at 11 oiiock, following fol-lowing an attack of rheumatism of the heart. Daniel had been a sufferer suf-ferer from the malady for several years, and it was only Wednesday of last week that the disease became acute, and since that time he had been slowly sinking, and Tuesday he answered the final summons. Daniel Campbell was born at May-field May-field in 1902 and has resided with his parents all his life. He was a student of the Manti High school and had been attending the winter session ses-sion until he was stricken. He wa? one of the leading young men of the community in which he lived and was loved and respected by all who knew him. . Surviving the deceased are the father fa-ther and mother, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Campbell; four sisters, Mrs. Emily Shafer of Portland, Mrs. Margaret Christopherson, of Magna, Mrs. William Wil-liam Baxter of Gunnison and Mrs. Belle Christopherson of Manti, and two brothers, Thomas Campbell ol Emery and John Campbell of May-field. May-field. Impressive funeral services werj; held this afternoon at the Mayfield meeting house, Bishop Gunderson oi the Mayfield ward officiating. Following Fol-lowing services at the meeting house the remains were taken to the May-field May-field cemetery for final interment. |
