Show Acid Throwers Buty in Paris I Paris. Faris police have received 300 complaints from women who claim their gowns and furs have been badly burijed by acid sprayed by atomizers on street railway seats and in fashionable fash-ionable shops. Some also claim they have suffered bodily injuries and one woman is said to have gone to a hospital hos-pital as a result of acid burns. These acid sprayers, it is claimed, have been evading the police at least two months. The operations have been difficult of detection because the acid's destructive destruc-tive effects are usually discovered only on returning home, or after it has eaten through the clothing and caused burning sensations. |
