Show County School Open Sept. 13 Soon the youngster that has been at liberty to chase the meadows and hunt the old "swimming hole," and the fair maiden and older boys who have enjoyed the long summer vacation, vaca-tion, will; with more or less reluctance, reluc-tance, forego the pleasures of summer and answer the call of the school bell. Announcement has been made that the fall and winter sessions of the schools throughout the county will open Monday, September 13. At a meeting of the members of the South Sanpete school board held last week, the roster of teachers for the coming session of winter term was selected se-lected and the respective instructors assigned to their places. There has been a change in the teaching corps 3f the Gunnison grade schools since the session of the board. Miss Lilly Johnson, who is yet confined to a Salt Lake hospital, will not be able to take her department until later, and Mrs. John E. Metcalf has been assigned in the place of Miss Johnson.
