Show Local News Harry Seavey, after spending a week or more in the valley looking after business interests, returned "to his home at Eaule yesterday. L. L. Winegar, a former rancher of the West View district, but now of Woods Cross, returned to his home yesterday after a brief business visit here. Mr. and Mrs. Julius Dufgins, whc have been absent . for several days at Salt Lake and Provo, returned to Gunnison Gun-nison yesterday afternoon. Miss Virginia Peter3on, who has been taking special training in vocal music in addition to special studies at Salt Lake this winter, is home with her mother, Mrs. Libby Peterson, for the holiday season. j Miss Emily Fleming, ,of the faculty , of the Wasatch Academy at Mt. Pleas-j Pleas-j ant, is the house guest of Miss Curtis and Miss McConigal. Miss Fleming will spend a week visiting in Gunnison. Thomas L. Mendonhall, president of the Mendenhall Banking company, of Bpringvile, was here last Friday and Saturday as the guest of Mr. and Mrs. i A. J. Tuft. ' A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. I JielsA. Mad.sen last Sunday and at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Hansen, Han-sen, rridayof last week, a baby boy was born. Miss Lueile Sorenson, of the faculty of the public schools at Salt Lake, came in last nigFit from the north. She will spend the holiday season with relatives rel-atives in Gunnison. |
