Show BUY ONLY CLEAN SEED Furnished by the Utah Agricultural College Since the Federal Farm Standards Act has gone into effect the value ot clran seed grain has become more evident evi-dent that it formely was. The grain standards are so arranged that the farmer who has a mixture of grains of different classes Is heavily penalized. In old days, when a farmer took his grist to the mill to have it ground into flour it mattered little if he had a number of varleles mixed together. However, now that grain is sold according ac-cording to standards which are not favorable to mixtures, it is important th.t every farmer have but one standard stan-dard variety of grain. The Experiment Experi-ment Station of the Utah Agricultural College has for years emphasized th importance of good seed and now Tins the satisfaction of seeing those who have followed its advice rewarded. |
