Immediately following the boxing contests the Gunnison baseball club will play the Moose team from Salt Lake City. The Moose team holds the championship of the city league at Salt Lake and the Gunnison Cyclones Cy-clones knows nothing of defeat this year and the contest promises to be one of the best ever seen on the local lo-cal "diamond. The two teams will play again tomorrow and it will pay you to remain over and see it. This evening a gra:id dance will be given the soldier boy3 and everybody every-body is invited to be at the hall and greet those in whose honor the festivities fes-tivities are being held today. Welcome, Soldier Boys, the town , is yours let 'er bust. Gunnison soldier boy3 are to be the guests of the citizens of Gunnison Gunni-son to day and this, the Fourth of July, c.ided by the fact that peace among all nations has been declared, will he commemorated by ceremonies ceremon-ies that will go down in the annals of history as one of the greatest events ever hold in Gunnison. There will be "things doing" from early morn until late at night get in line and have the time of your life. The several committees having arrangements ar-rangements in charge have been active ac-tive and the program throughout the day will be pleasing. Swalberg and Coni- It has been arranged to have the boxing contests at the ball grounds and they will precede the ball game between the Moose team of Salt Lake and the Gunnison Cyclones. This change was made for the accommodation accommo-dation of the throngs who will want to see the friendly bouts as tho best advantage can be had from the grand stand at the park. This number num-ber on the program will be one of the many that will be worth seeing.
