Laura Ellsworth, a schoolteacher, the owner of the button, found It and the note. She took the button and left this message: Tomorrow this button will be worn over my heart. Newston found the second .note. He was introduced to Miss Ellsworth. He proposed, was accepted and married. He is now on his way to San Francisco on his honeymoon, driving overland in his car. |
