Show CENTERFIELD. The Fourth was an occasion of patriotic pa-triotic rejoicing with the people of Centerfield. The doings came off peaceable and were marked by a commendable degree of enthusiasm, Opening the celebration our band played at various places in town before be-fore time for citizens to convene at the opera house according to arrangement. arrange-ment. Brigham Jensen had the honor in behalf of the town board to weloome the large assembly at the opera house where a suitable program was pleasingly pleas-ingly rendered. The duty of orator was splendidly assumed by H. M. Garrick, the Declaration of Independence Indepen-dence read by Albert Larson, and merited numbers given in music, recitations and songs. A dance for the children, various outdoor amusements and a general dance concluded the festivity, A merry-go-round has been giving music ( ?) several days, and we have-been have-been paying, for it especially on the Fourth.
