County Attorney Jenson instructed in-structed to procure necessary !legal help in case of C. P. RyJ and Promontory Stock Co. against County. A large number of claims were allowed. Martin M. Jensen was appointed Statistician, for Boxelder County for one year. Bond, $1,000; salary, $200. Bonds of the following hamed county officials placed as follows for '95 and '96: Collector, $50,000; Assessor, $25,000; Treasurer, $37,-000; $37,-000; Clerk, $5,000. .
